Coordinator, Unscripted Originals
We are seeking a Coordinator, Unscripted Originals to join Radial's growing unscripted originals team and support the continued expansion of its original series. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Originals team, assisting with all active and upcoming productions, managing multiple organizational trackers, cultivating external partnerships, coordinating with external creative vendors, and ensuring day-to-day operations flow efficiently and with ease.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, this position will play a key role in shaping and executing the Originals team's go-to-market strategy, ensuring projects are positioned for success from production through release. This role is ideal for someone who leads with curiosity, operates with a high degree of ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a genuine passion for unscripted television.
Reports to: Director, Originals (while working closely with the VP, Originals & Content Partnerships and key cross-functional stakeholders across the company.)
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $27 - $30 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid role based out of Radial’s East Coast Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the institutional information hub for all recent, active and upcoming productions, acting as the first point of contact for internal teams and external partners alike with a rolodex knowledge of all titles.

Coordinate with Marketing to oversee the creation of all series materials from inception to completion, including one-pagers, key art development, creative asset management, and episode descriptions.

Manage relationships with external creative vendors and production partners, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Maintain the pitch tracking pipeline through full deal life cycles, keeping leads current with the latest materials, alongside separate trackers for series in production and a master content database.

Manage complex schedules and travel logistics for senior leadership across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Research and run point on outreach to source new partnerships with production companies, international or domestic distributors and sales agents.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.

2+ years of experience in the entertainment or media industry preferred.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of employees and external contacts.

Strong organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple priorities at scale without sacrificing quality.

Careful attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.

Experience managing dense schedules and participating on partner calls, with the ability to distill key meeting insights into clear, actionable notes.

Positive attitude and confidence in initiating cold outreach to build relationships with producers, distributors, and rights holders.

Comfort screening and evaluating true crime and other unscripted content across all stages, from pitch through release.

Strong awareness of social media platforms and the digital content landscape, including emerging platforms, content trends, and how audiences discover and engage with content.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Familiarity with YouTube strategy, audience development, channel growth, and digital content distribution a plus.
